Here she is vintage Skooter, Skipper's friend, looking as good as she did when she was created, almost seventy years ago.  Vintage Skooter Barbie Doll by Mattel 1963 Titian 1040 she comes with stand,  shoes brush comb, brochure and original box, marked on her backside is 1963 Mattel inc. and on the other cheek the number 8, also on her right foot is JAPAN. This Skooter doll has redish hair which is tied up pigtail style with red ribbons, she has brown eyes, freckles and pasty pink lipstick which was popular back in the 60's. Included is the stand and original box. I removed the plastic from Skooter's head which was covered in plastic to keep her face from fading.
