    Description

    Here is Skipper's 'Ice Cream 'n Cake' blue textured skirt with a front pleat. It has 2 pink belt loops. The hot pink vinyl belt has a metal buckle. It is a replacement belt. It is vintage but not the original belt. The skirt fastens with a small attached blue button and thread loop. The skirt is in very nice condition, no stains or tears.  Thanks for looking.
