SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Is calculated based on the weight and size of the package and your zip code. Shipping charges may or may not include extra insurance above the .00 Priority Mail insurance, special packaging and shipping fees.  Shipping is non-negotiable, however, you are more than welcome to contact me first for an exact shipping quote.  We are here to help.
Items that must go First Class Ground (such as nail polish) are priced at those rates.  Some items that are light in weight and less than .00 will have the option of using First Class mail by the Buyer, however, this form of shipping only offers tracking as a protection, so choose wisely.  In the rare occurrence that your mail should get lost a postal investigation will be initiated to locate your lost package.
Items over a certain value will require signature confirmation and or hold for pick up at the post office.
Combined shipping
is offered on certain items of like weight and value.  This should automatically populate once you add items to your cart, and it will specify this in the Shipping and Returns box on the auction site. So always check before hitting Buy Now, if you want to purchase more than one of my items…simply add to cart first.
PRIORITY MAIL AND INSURANCE TERMS:
IF YOU HAVE DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS, IT IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM IMMEDIATELY.  YOU ARE REQUIRED BY ENTERING THIS LEGAL AGREEMENT TO RETAIN ALL SHIPPING PACKAGING AND THE ITEM FOR POSTAL INSPECTION.  DO NOT FIRST OPEN A CLAIM OR REQUEST A RETURN.  CONTACT ME FOR INSTRUCTIONS.  INSURANCE CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITH THE POST OFFICE FOR A REFUND. I DO NOT REFUND FOR “ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED” WHEN IT IS AN INSURANCE MATTER.  YOUR ITEMS ARE ALWAYS PACKED SECURELY IN APPROPRIATE MAILING CONTAINER AND CHECKED TWICE FOR CONTENTS.
HANDLING TIME:
Most items are shipped out within 1 business day unless specific auction states differently.  Springfield, MO where I live, no longer has a main post office.  All mail is sent to Kansas City, MO for distribution and occasionally, tracking information is delayed, or the mail is delayed by a day or so.   If I have marked your package shipped, then it went out that day.  It may take longer to update the tracking number. If you haven’t received your package by the date it is expected, please contact me via email instead of item not received, so I can open an investigation and help locate your package.  Many of my items are one of a kind, so it is imperative that you involve me.
PAYMENT TERMS

We accept PayPal to Confirmed Addresses Only.  Phone numbers are helpful for insurance purposes.
Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.
Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn’t received within this time period, the item will be re-listed and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
RETURNS:
Unless specified in the listing, all items are sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the auction. Sometimes Stock photos are used to make search results easier, or if there are multiple like items.  If additional photos are required, please contact me and I will happily comply. That said, a stock photo is absolutely an accurate representation of item as it is merely a photo of the actual item with the background removed and enlarged to show detail.  Monitors vary widely, and items may appear brighter, darker, larger or a somewhat different color than in reality, this is not considered a misrepresentation by the Seller, as I give clear written descriptions in addition to photos. Measurements of items are always approximate to my best ability and are not grounds for item not as described refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, just use the “ask a question” link at the bottom of the description page and contact me.
Buyer must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and if the items value is over , must include USPS insurance.  You have 14 days to return an item, however, and the item must be in original condition.  Any dis-assembly or damage and your return will not be honored.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we make every effort to work with you to achieve that.  Our purpose is not to deceive, misrepresent or over charge for shipping, but to offer you a great deal within our cost of doing business.  We will treat you with honesty and respect and expect you to do the same.
