This 3 Piece steel Gin Pole clamp kit consists of the Pole Clamp, Upper Pulley, and Lower Pulley. This is used when stacking or taking down Rohn 20, 25, and 45 sectional towers and is compatible with any tower that has 1.25 inch diameter legs. All that is needed is a 2 inch OD Gin Pole (not included). Please note our design features

installation. All fasteners have been replaced with T handle grips to allow you to easily install and remove our clamps without lugging extra tools up and down your tower.
The Pole Clamp is first set on the tower leg, and a 2 inch Gin Pole is clamped in place. The Upper Pulley installs onto the top of the 2 inch gin pole, and finally the Lower Pulley is clamped to the tower leg at the base to allow you to easily hoist or lower tower sections while standing at a safe distance.
We have had great success using these clamps over the years, and prefer to use them with a 2 inch OD x 1/8 wall thickness 6061 T6 aluminum tubing. This provides a light weight and rigid system, but any 2” OD tubing will work with this kit. Your local metal supplier will be able to help you source the 2 inch gin pole.
What makes our product better than the competition?  1)  Our clamp does not require any tools to assemble or relocate on the tower.  This means one less tool to carry with you as you stack your tower sections.  2).  See those round holes on the sides of the clamp.  They are for attaching rope, tools, lanyards or anything else you need to keep track of.  they don't protrude and we give you 4 of them per clamp.  they also lighten the clamp slightly.  3)  Hinge pins are 1/4" rod and all clamps are 3/8".  4)  clamp bosses are 1/4" thick and bent to allow for more weld area.  Much stronger than the others!  5) Steel loop over the top pulley to keep rope in place
