    We are located in Dallas, TX.  Shipping from Coast to Coast will only take 1-3 business days* to arrive on your door steps if shipped by FedEx!  Example: Order it Monday before 2pm CST and you'll receive it in NY or CA by Wednesday to Thursday latest!  Any cities in between, will get it sooner than that and as early as Tuesday.  *Some items are shipped via US Postal Services Priority Mail or Parcel Post and it might be longer than 3 business days plus weather delays in some regions are unforeseen.  We apologize in advance.
    Returns are accepted within 14 days after the item is received. No returns accepted on installed items. All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee. Returns are shipped back paid by the buyer and must be shipped via UPS or FedEx with "original packaging and hardware."  No returns will be accepted until a RMA is issued and no refund will be issued until the product has been checked by us the seller.  Absolutely no returns or refunds after 45 days via Paypal, unless it's a product defect which we can warranty once approved by the vendor.
