ITEM DESCRIPTION
:
5-foot ignition sense wiring kit for the MCS2000.
Affordable replacement  for Motorola's expensive HLN6412A accessory connector.   Mates with the 25-pin accessory connector located on the underside of the radio.  This plug is not equipped with a two-piece right angle hood stamped with the "M" logo, like the OEM HLN6412A, but fits securely and works great.
For the following MCS2000 radio models
:
Model I
(Remote mount and dash mount configurations)
:
Bypasses the emergency switch contacts and routes receive audio to the radio's internal speaker, and provides ignition control.  Connect the red lead to a fused ignition source.
Model II & III
(Remote mount configurations only)
:
Bypasses the emergency switch contacts and routes receive audio to the external speaker via the main control head cable, and provides ignition control of the radio.   This kit is
not for use
with dash-mounted (one piece) Model II & III radios.  For dash-mounted Model II & III radios, use
