2010-2012  Mac Pro 5,1 CPU Tray with 12-Core 3.46GHz Xeon and 128GB RAM.
The CPU tray will upgrade your 2010 / 2012 Apple Mac Pro to the fastest setup possible.  This tray is completely refurbished, with a matched pair of Intel Xeon x5690 CPUs.  They have been stress tested and operate properly.  The RAM is ECC Server RAM in the configuration of 8 x 16GB DIMMs.  They are running at 1333MHz, which is the fastest possible in the Classic Mac Pro.
The CPUs are 3.46GHz with 6 cores in each CPU for a total of 12 cores total.  Since these CPUs support hyperthreading, each CPU has 12 logical threads, with a total of 24 threads!  This will increase your speed over your stock 4-core CPU at least 3 fold.
This is truly a plug and play upgrade!
The North Bridge heat sink has been cleaned and fresh thermal paste applied and fastened with stainless steel screws that will not fail like the stock nylon clips.
Artic Silver 5 thermal paste has been used on both CPUs and the North Bridge.
