This appears to be a Barbies little sister, Skipper doll.  The date on her backside is 1963.  She has a partially damaged/ melted foot.  She also has moderate to significant signs of wear.  Please view the photos closely for a more in depth look at condition details.  Included is a vintage, 1964 Skipper carrying case, also worn.
